Ingredients:
- Lavash: 3
- Cabbage: 200 g
- Beef: 250-300 g
- Salt: to taste
- Fresh cucumber: 1
- Bell pepper: 0.5
- Spicy pepper: 0.5
- Tomatoes: 2
- Onion: 0.5
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
- Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 2 cloves
Cooking process
- Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream thoroughly with garlic, salt and hot pepper.
- Shred the cabbage.
- Cut fresh cucumber, tomatoes and bell pepper into strips.
- Fry thinly sliced beef with onions in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add a spoon of soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar to the meat. Wait until it cools down.
- Lightly spread the sauce on the lavash and put in layers: cabbage, meat, cucumbers, sweet and hot peppers, tomatoes and onions.
- Tightly roll the lavash up, bending the edges.
- Fry the kebab in a dry frying pan to get a crispy crust.
