
Homemade chicken kebab

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast: 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Garlic: 10 cloves
- Bell pepper: 1
- Sour cream: 100 g
- Cucumbers: 2
- Salt: to taste
- Tomatoes: 2
- Lavash: 3
- Cabbage: 1
- Red onion: 1
- Dried spices: 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
Cooking process
- Making sauce: thoroughly mix sour cream with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry until tender in hot vegetable oil, stirring constantly.
- Cool the finished meat and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Cut cucumbers, bell pepper, tomatoes and onion into thin strips or small pieces.
- Shred the cabbage.
- Take lavash and spread the sauce on the half of it.
- Spread chicken meat and prepared vegetables on a lavash.
- Tightly roll up the kebab, starting from the right side. Quickly fry in a hot frying pan on both sides.
