Homemade chicken kebab

Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast: 2 pieces
  • Ground black pepper: to taste
  • Garlic: 10 cloves
  • Bell pepper: 1
  • Sour cream: 100 g
  • Cucumbers: 2
  • Salt: to taste
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Lavash: 3
  • Cabbage: 1
  • Red onion: 1
  • Dried spices: 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

Cooking process

  • Making sauce: thoroughly mix sour cream with garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry until tender in hot vegetable oil, stirring constantly.
  • Cool the finished meat and cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Cut cucumbers, bell pepper, tomatoes and onion into thin strips or small pieces.
  • Shred the cabbage.
  • Take lavash and spread the sauce on the half of it.
  • Spread chicken meat and prepared vegetables on a lavash.
  • Tightly roll up the kebab, starting from the right side. Quickly fry in a hot frying pan on both sides.
