  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons
  • Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 2 cloves

Cooking process

  • Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream thoroughly with garlic, salt and hot pepper.
  • Shred the cabbage.
  • Cut fresh cucumber, tomatoes and bell pepper into strips.
  • Fry thinly sliced ​​beef with onions in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add a spoon of soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar to the meat. Wait until it cools down.
  • Lightly spread the sauce on the lavash and put in layers: cabbage, meat, cucumbers, sweet and hot peppers, tomatoes and onions.
  • Tightly roll the lavash up, bending the edges.
