Quality of good bakery products directly depends on raw materials they are made of. In our company, lavash is made according to a special recipe. For this reason, its taste exactly conveys the taste of the real oriental bread. Only high quality flour that meets high quality requirements and international standards is used for making these bakery products. The true value of flour can be determined only by dough behaviour during technological process. Only knowing and being confident in its rheological characteristics, you can be sure of the quality of finished bakery products! For this reason, we assess quality of flour by means of 16 rheological parameters.

Laboratory

Our laboratory is one of the best equipped laboratories in Baltic countries, and modern laboratory equipment, manufactured by Chopin, has been installed. It allows our specialists to evaluate flour behaviour at each stage of the technological process: the way dough is mixed, its behaviour during formation, rising and baking, and the structure and appearance of a baked product.
